What the BAS21 does

The BAS21x family comprises fast switching diodes available in BAS21 and BAS21S variants, housed in SOT-23 packages. These components handle a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250 V and dissipate 225 mW of power. They feature a reverse recovery time under 50 ns, a forward current rating of 0.2 Ampere, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 2.5 A.
