What the BAS16 family does
The BAS16 is a fast switching diode housed in an SOT-23 package, designed for small signal switching and ultra high speed applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100 V, a maximum RMS voltage of 75 V, and a reverse breakdown voltage of 75 V. The component handles a maximum average forward rectified current of 150 mA and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 2.0 A. With a maximum reverse recovery time under 6 ns and low reverse leakage, it operates across storage temperatures from -55 to +150 degrees Celsius.
