00 — Overview

What the MT9101 does

The MT910X family comprises ratiometric linear Hall-effect ICs with analog outputs, available as MT9101, MT9102, MT9103, and MT9105. These devices operate from 3.0V to 5.5V supplies and feature four sensitivity options ranging from 1.00 mV/Gs to 5.00 mV/Gs. The output drives half the supply voltage with no magnetic field and changes linearly with flux density. The family supports SOT-23 and TO-92 packages across commercial, industrial, and military temperature grades. Typical applications include position detection, speed sensing, vibration monitoring, weight measurement, and magnetic encoding.
