What the SS49E family does

The SS39ET/SS49E/SS59ET Series are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs available in SOT-23, TO-92-style, and SOT-89B packages. They operate on a supply voltage of 2.7 Vdc to 6.5 Vdc with typical current consumption of 6 mA at 5 Vdc. These devices feature a sensitivity of 1.4 mV/Gauss and an operating temperature range from -40 °C to 100 °C. The integrated circuitry provides low noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering. They are designed for applications requiring basic current sensing, anti-tampering detection, position sensing in e-bikes, magnetic code reading, and speed adjustment triggers in various industrial and medical equipment.
