What the ADuM1200 does
The ADuM1200/ADuM1201 are dual-channel digital isolators based on iCoupler technology, available in standard and automotive grades with supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. These devices support data rates up to 25 Mbps with a maximum power consumption of 8.2 mA per channel at 25 Mbps. They feature a maximum common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs and an isolation voltage of 2500 V RMS. The isolators provide precise timing characteristics with less than 3 ns pulse width distortion and are designed for applications requiring size-critical multichannel isolation, such as SPI interfaces, RS-232 transceivers, and hybrid electric vehicle systems.
