00 — Overview

What the TLE6250 does

The TLE6250x family comprises high-speed CAN transceivers for automotive and industrial use, available as TLE6250G, TLE6250C, TLE6250GV33, and TLE6250CV33. These devices support data rates up to 1Mbit/s and operate across 12V and 24V systems with temperatures from -40°C to 150°C. They feature excellent EMC performance, short-circuit protection, and logic options for 5V or 3.3V microcontrollers. Engineers typically install them in engine control units, transmission control units, chassis modules, and electric power steering systems to interface protocol controllers with differential buses.
