00 — Overview

What the CC6207M family does

The CC6207M is a low-power, high-sensitivity bipolar Hall effect switch with a latch output. It operates across a 2 to 5 V supply range and supports a maximum switching frequency of 32 Hz. The device features an ESD rating of 6000 V (HBM) and functions across a wide temperature range of -40 to 125°C. Available in SOT23-3, TO-92S, and DFN4L packages, it eliminates the need for magnetic pole identification during assembly. Engineers typically use this component in portable electronics like mobile phones, cordless phones, and laptops, as well as in instruments and PDAs where reliable magnetic detection is required.
