00 — Overview

What the BAT54 does

The BAT54HT1x family comprises Schottky barrier diodes designed for high speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. These devices feature a 30 V reverse voltage rating, 5.0 ns reverse recovery time, and a typical forward voltage of 0.35 V at 10 mA. The series includes the BAT54HT1 and BAT54HT1G variants, available in SOD-323 surface mount packages. Their extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss, making them ideal for handheld and portable applications where space is limited. The parts operate across a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and support a total device dissipation of 200 mW on FR-5 boards.
