What the TC1047 family does
The TC1047 and TC1047A are precision temperature-to-voltage converters that output a voltage directly proportional to the measured temperature. These devices span supply voltage ranges from 2.5V to 5.5V and operate across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Key parameters include a typical supply current of 35 µA, a linear output slope of 10 mV/°C, and a maximum temperature accuracy of ±2°C at 25°C. Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23B, they are ideal for space-critical applications such as cellular phones, portable battery-powered equipment, temperature-controlled fans, and thermal shutdown circuits in power supplies.
