00 — Overview

What the RT9078N-08 does

The RT9078x family comprises low-dropout linear regulators delivering up to 300mA output current with a 1.2V to 5.5V input range. These devices feature a 2μA ground current at no load, 75dB PSRR at 1kHz, and a dropout voltage of 0.15V at 300mA. The series supports fixed outputs from 0.8V to 3.45V or adjustable voltages between 0.8V and 5V. Available in TSOT-23-5 and ZQFN-4L 1x1 packages, the RT9078x includes an enable function and output discharge capability. Ideal for portable battery-powered equipment, ultra-low power microcontrollers, and notebook computers, the regulator offers current limit protection and over-temperature safeguards to ensure reliable operation in diverse applications.
