00 — Overview

What the AD620 family does

The AD620 is a low cost, high accuracy instrumentation amplifier available in AD620A, AD620B, and AD620S1 variants. It features a gain range of 1 to 10,000 set by a single external resistor, operates on a wide power supply range of ±2.3 V to ±18 V, and draws only 1.3 mA max supply current. With a 50 µV max input offset voltage, 1.0 nA max input bias current, and 100 dB min common-mode rejection ratio, the AD620 serves as an ideal preamplifier for weigh scales, ECG medical instrumentation, transducer interfaces, data acquisition systems, industrial process controls, and battery-powered portable equipment.
