The SX1276/77/78/79 transceivers are low power long range devices operating from 137 MHz to 1020 MHz. These parts support commercial, industrial, and military temperature grades with a 28-pin QFN package. They feature a sensitivity of -148 dBm, a maximum link budget of 168 dB, and a constant RF output of +20 dBm. The integrated power amplifier delivers +14 dBm efficiency while maintaining a low RX current of 9.9 mA. These transceivers utilize Semtech's patented LoRa modulation to solve traditional design compromises between range, interference immunity, and energy consumption.
