What the HT-30 family does

The HT-30xx series are non-zero-cross photo triac drivers featuring a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a silicon photo triac. This family includes the HT-3021, HT-3022, HT-3023, HT-3051, HT-3052, and HT-3053 variants. These devices offer 5,000Vrms isolation voltage, 400V or 600V peak off-state voltage, and a minimum dV/dt rating of 1000V/s. They operate across a temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. Engineers typically use them for solenoid and valve controls, static power switching, AC motor drivers, and temperature control applications in industrial and consumer systems.
